Mentoring Program and Triple Creek Associates Privacy Agreement with the College of Engineering and the College of Natural Sciences
Triple Creek Associates shall only process and use personal related data in accordance with the agreed services and the specific instruction of authorized UT Austin College of Engineering and College of Natural Sciences personnel. All instructions from authorized UT Austin College of Engineering and College of Natural Sciences personnel shall be in writing.
As an exception, in urgent cases, verbal instructions from authorized UT Austin College of Engineering and College of Natural Sciences personnel shall be allowed, but have to be confirmed in writing as soon as possible.
Triple Creek Associates, UT Austin College of Engineering and UT Austin College of Natural Sciences appoint authorized contact personnel. In case of a change of authorized personnel, College of Engineering and College of Natural Sciences and Triple Creek Associates will inform each other accordingly in writing.
In addition to the agreed services, Triple Creek Associates is authorized to use/process personal related data necessary to ensure data security (eg. creation of backup, log files, temporary data files) as long as the original content remains unchanged. Triple Creek Associates is authorized to correct technical errors but shall immediately inform College of Engineering and College of Natural Sciences about the changes.
