Come one, come all, to Family Weekend 2008! This three-day event will be kicked off by the UT Parents’ Association at the Etter-Harbin Alumni Center on Friday, October 31, 2008 with a welcome reception and fiesta.
On Saturday, November 1st, the Cockrell School of Engineering will have a Parents' Meeting in WEL 2.224, starting at 9:00 a.m. You will have an opportunity to hear from the new Dean, Dr. Gregory Fenves. After the Parents' Meeting, there will be several different break-out sessions available for you to attend, which will be hosted by the different Engineering departments and by the Engineering Student Services divisions beginning at 10:00 a.m. Maps and directions can be picked up in front of Ernest Cockrell Jr. Hall (ECJ).
The break-out sessions will end in time for you to have some good barbeque with the UT Parents’ Association in Gregory Gym from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
