2009 Fall Conference - December 4-6 - Houston, TX

We are making our final plans for the upcoming Fall Conference scheduled to take place December 4-6 at the the Sheraton Suites Near the Galleria in Houston, Texas.
Please review the following information (subject to change) and be sure to submit your RSVP BY FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23rd so we can make final event arrangements.
The 2009 Fall Conference will kick off on Friday, December 4th at 6pm with a working dinner and conclude before lunch on Sunday, December 6th.
 STEP ONE: RSVP (by Friday, October 23rd)

Each board member will pay the hotel directly for their stay. There will be a $100 fee due to TAME at registration to help offset the cost of the five included meals and meeting room rental fees. Any board member that cancels their RSVP within 72 hours will be required to pay the $100 fee.
Single Occupancy: $85/night
Double Occupancy: $85/night
Check-in is Friday at 3pm. Check-out is Sunday at 12pm.
STEP THREE: Homework and meeting prep
- All board members should review minutes from October and November Board of Directors conference call prior to arrival
- All Committee chairs – Either bring about 20 copies of your report with you or submit your report via email to Gina no later than December 1 so we have time to print them and bring them with us
