Second Meeting October 2, 2007
Held in RLM 5.104 7 to 8pm
TSPE held its second meeting of the Fall semester. President, Abhinav Bhatia, introduced the the officers, and went over the mission
statement of TSPE. Then, there was a recap of the upcoming service events. In addition, t-shirt designs were voted on and a new t-shirt was selected
for this year. See image below. The t-shirt will be black and the images will be outlined in orange. This meetings highlights can be found here.

Game Night at the Union September 21, 2007
Held in the Union 2.102 6-9pm
TSPE held its first fun and exciting social event of the Fall Semester. There was a large turn out of current and perspective members.
There was food, games, and an enjoyable atmosphere. We are planning more social events in the near future, so be sure to stay tuned
to our upcoming events.

First Meeting September 11, 2007
Held in RLM 5.104 7 to 8pm
TSPE held its first meeting of the Fall semester. There was a large turn out of eager new members. President, Abhinav Bhatia,
introduced the the officers, and went over the mission statement of TSPE. Then, each officer explained his or her particular activity

Explore UT Lego-tastic Event
Held in CPE 2.216 1 to 5pm
TSPE sponsored a Booth for Explore UT called Lego-tastic. This booth allowed children to experience the passion of
building Lego models and creating unique and innovative designs. TSPE proudly displays the works of those children who have
the potential to become great engineers. For the Lego creations...click here.

First Meeting September 5, 2006
Held in RLM 5.104 7:30 to 8:30pm
TSPE held its first meeting of the Fall semester. There was the usual free pizza and drinks, and a very interesting meeting.
President, Nina Lu, introduced the new members to the organization and gave them the lowdown of the organization.

Start Fresh Organization Fair
Peter T. Flawn Academic Center (FAC) Patio August 2006
This afternoon, TSPE, had a very successful booth at the Fresh Start Organization Fair. We had almost three-hundred students sign up.
In addition, we had free drinks and prizes for the lucky people who found our booth. We had a very good turn out and look forward to a new
and exciting year for TSPE.
Bowling at the Union
Union Underground February 2006
A gathering of TSPE members to kick back and enjoy a good game of bowling. There was free food and fun for all.
We plan to have several more fun events during the semester, so stay tuned for more activities.
First Meeting of Spring 2006 Semester January 31st
RLM 5.104 7pm - 8 pm
This meetings primary goal was to aquire volunteers for MATHCOUNTS and to allow members to sign up for E-week.

Texas MATHCOUNTS competition 2003
Held in the Union, 8am - 3pm
Today, TSPE members joined with the Regional TSPE Chapter to volunteer our efforts for the annual MATHCOUNTS
competition. Junior High students were given 3 sets of exams, including a Sprint Round, a Target Round, and a Team Round.
Free t-shirts and free food were provided for the volunteers of today's event. We had a good showing of engineering volunteers.
"Thank You" to all those that showed up!
Halloween Canned Food Drive October 31, 2003
Held in South Austin, 4-7pm
Tonight, TSPE members joined in on the SEC's 2003 Halloween Canned Food Drive to gather non-perishable food items
and monetary donations for the Capital Area Food Bank. H-E-B and Kinberly-Clark were also sponsors in tonight's event.
We gathered a respectable amount of canned items and were warmly welcomed by our suburban area, receiving candy
and frosted cupcakes. SEC was also kind enough to provide us with drinks and free t-shirts. So "Thank You" to all those that

Second Meeting October 7, 2003
Held in ENS 109, 7-8pm
Tonight, we had an overview of the FE books and our coming events, our Halloween Canned Food Drive in particular. We
had our Panel Discussion of summer internships and co-ops. Rishi also touched on the latest from the SEC meeting,
mainly about tuition hikes. Garth Heutel also stopped by to plug-in information about Teach for America. For meeting

First Meeting September 30, 2003
Held in ENS 126, 7-8pm
The first meeting was successful in introducing all its members and served refreshments and pizza. Paul covered all the
main aspects of TSPE, the FE exam, our planned events, and what corporate speakers we shall be expecting in the

Engineering Fall Gathering
The EFG was a success! A big 'thank you' to everyone who stopped by to take the time to read and hear about us. We
enjoyed answering everyone's questions and were surprised at the mass size of the freshman engineering population.
We hope you can attend our first meeting where fees and paperwork can be filled out to become an official member. And
yes, free pizza shall be served! Fee is $10 to become a member.
