An undergraduate may be eligible for a $1,000.00 tuition rebate if, at graduation, he or she has attempted no more than three semester hours beyond the minimum number of hours required for the degree. To learn more about the tuition rebate please visit:

The Application for Tuition Rebate must be submitted before the official date of graduation.

TO APPLY: In order to apply for a tuition rebate, go to the Engineering Student Affairs Office in ECJ 2.200 to pick up a form or download the Tuition Rebate Application Form (see below).

Applications for tuition rebates may be submitted in person at ECJ 2.200 or may be mailed to:

The form should be completed and submitted at the same time the student applies for graduation. Students will be notified by a Secure Academic Note on the status of their application.
