Hotels in the Pittsburgh Downtown Area are generally sold out from June 10-14. If you need only one or two nights in this general block of time you may be able to get at room at a downtown hotel with rates of $180-220 per night.:S

The next best options are two hotels in the Oakland section of Pittsburgh where the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University are located. They are about 3 miles from the conference hotel and both offer free shuttles to the downtown area including the Omni William Penn Hotel. Both hotels also have onsite parking at a fee of between $16 and $20 per day. Additional discounts may be found on room rates if you are a member of AAA, AARP, Govt./Military, etc. See information on their registration websites.
