White Papers for Discussion Groups

Discussion Groups must submit a white paper by June 30, 2006. 

White papers should:

• Frame the problem/issue within the context of current practices
• Analyze the problem/issue, paying attention to legal, cultural, economic, social, and technical perspectives as appropriate
• Reference supporting material and information (e.g., research, programs or projects, statistics, publications/web sites, etc.)
• Address concerns related to the issue that will arise over the next decade
• Propose action agenda

White papers should be submitted to (check back later for contact information).

White papers will be included on the Conference Web site upon submission.

Evaluation Forms

Each WEPAN session will be evaluated by participants using the following forms administered by the session moderator:

• Paper Presentation Session

• Workshop
• Discussion Group

• Panel Session
