This career fair offers a great opportunity to network with students of the Cockrell School of Engineering and the College of Natural Sciences. You will meet more than 300 students with experience and interest in the biomedical, biotechnology and life sciences industries. The event is a collaborative effort between Engineering Career Assistance Center, Natural Sciences Career Center, Biomedical Engineering Society-Student Chapter and Natural Sciences Council.

TWO PART Registration Process

1. Click the Register Now button above to register for the fair. Then, click “Attend As An Employer.”

  • If you have questions about the registration form, please view our instruction sheet for more information. 
  • After submitting your registration, please wait two business days to be confirmed.

2. After being confirmed, you will receive an email with the following instructions that you must complete to finalize your registration (for those who already have an ECAC account and remember their password, you may disregard this second step). The instructions are as follows:

  • Visit our Employer Login Page.
  • Click on "Forgot Password" and enter the email you used to register for the fair. 
  • After receiving the "Forgot Password" email, click on the second URL in the email and create a password. Your registration is now complete!
  • NOTE: If you have multiple representatives attending this fair other than yourself, please direct them through this process of creating a password using their own unique emails.

10 – 11 AM: Virtual Check-in for Representatives 
Employers and graduate program representatives can check-in virtually, test run their technology, and familiarize themselves with the virtual platform.

11 AM – 4 PM: Career Fair
Network with engineering and science students. Students will have resumes to virtually share with employers and will visit with participating companies and organizations through group chats or 1:1 video calls.
